Workshop supplies, diagnostic costs, manufacturer’s prescribed maintenance, tuning, shock absorbers, spark plugs, heading, alignment, wheel balancing, body parts, satellite navigation system, road layout system, brake pads, discs, drum, exhaust system (including catalyst), safety devices, airbags, windows, fuser glass, headlights, fuses, remote starter, anti-theft system, battery, wiring, oils, liquids, freon, carcass, tires, roof, paint, switches, switches not mentioned, modules not mentioned and all other parts not mentioned in article covered parts and options.

Damage resulting from failures of related components: seals, static seals, fasteners / stops, radiators, coolant lines, Jacobs brakes, thermostat, engine mounts, engine wiring harness and electronic control devices, gear levers, rods, radiators and supports, electronic controls, external and internal oil lines, manual transmission clutch discs, non-hydraulic control clutch discs (without torque converter) with electronic control, automatic transmission clutches, sliding clutches, pressure plate, clutch release bearings, clutch guide bearings, master cylinder (s) and slave clutch cylinder (s).

ECM: Improvements, design changes, transformations or modifications, whether by original or replacement parts, or failures, contamination or corrosion of wiring harnesses or any related electrical system or component, conduit oil, fuel or coolant, external fittings, collars, bolts or fasteners / stops and ducts, linkages, connectors, static seals and gaskets, vacuum control or electrical components.

APU: The specified components as well as the labor for dismantling and replacing the components, seals / static seals, fasteners/stops and keys.

If the Vehicle has a failure or breakage, whatever the cause and that the maintenance requirements mentioned in article 8 have not been met.

If the Vehicle has been seriously damaged and is declared a total loss.

If the claimed repair is already covered by the dealer, the manufacturer, a car mechanic or any other warranty already in force.

If the repair is claimed as a result of an accident, collision, perforation of one or more parts, fire, theft, vandalism, water ingress, frost, electrical overload or if the damage has been caused by a part not covered by this contract, including tires and wheels that do not comply with the manufacturer's recommendations.

If the claimed repair is due to overheating of the engine, due to any fault in the cooling system, lack of lubricant, premature ignition of the detonation, water, corrosion or carbon deposits, contamination of coolants, fuel or lubricants, or is the result of any negligence, omission or lack of maintenance of the Vehicle.

If the odometer of the Vehicle does not work or the mileage has been changed in a way that does not comply with the law.

If the information about the Vehicle or its description is false or inaccurate.

If a claim is related to a problem that occurred prior to when you took possession of the Vehicle or before the entry into force of this warranty.

If the purpose of the repair is to remedy a reduction in yield or a gradual reduction in performance, or if it is intended for any modification not recommended by the manufacturer.

If costs are incurred to improve operating performance to the manufacturer's specifications including manufacturer's upgrades or design changes, repairs to valves and segments to improve engine compression, reduce fuel consumption oil or to remove mud or carbon deposits and improvements in the event of a decrease in performance.

If the claim is related to loss of compression or excessive oil consumption, it will be considered as resulting from normal wear and tear and will not be covered by this warranty.

If the claim results from the normal wear and tear of the Vehicle.

If the procedure applicable when making a claim has not been respected.
