This option entitles you to a rental allowance of $50 per day up to a total of 7 days, $350, when the vehicle is repaired by a duly authorized repair facility and the vehicle is out of service for more than 48 hours after receiving the assessment from the designated service center, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays (said repair must be expressly covered by this contract). The deductible does not apply to the rental allowance.

This option applies only to the vehicle covered by this warranty. In the event of one of the incidents listed below, GKM+ will grant you an allowance not exceeding $250 per event. Coverage is limited to a maximum of 3 service calls during the term of the contract. The following services are eligible: Towing, battery boost, fuel delivery (fuel cost not included), lockout service (key replacement or duplication not included), tire change (in the event of a flat), winching.

In the event of a covered incident only and no reimbursement without a valid receipt, a towing allowance not exceeding $100 per event when the vehicle malfunction is caused by a breakdown (said repair must be expressly covered by this contract).

Front and rear audio system and controls, Bluetooth, antenna, amplifier, rear entertainment system, GPS system, speakers, rearview camera, parking sensors, active parking system, intelligent oil monitoring system, keyless entry system, power seat motors, seat position sensors, center console with integrated refrigerated compartment, trailer brake control module, remote starter, power-deployable running board system (excluding the step and its mechanical structure), power sunshade/screens, adaptive lighting system (excluding bulbs), adaptive cruise control system (OEM parts only).

DEF tank, DEF injection pump, DEF injector(s), level, temperature and quality sensors, associated electronic control module (ECU/PCM related to the system), valves and solenoid valves connected to the system, system tank heater motor.

Air compressor, solenoid valve block, height sensors, electronic control module, actuator, mode selector switch, air lines and fittings as well as seals (when replacing one of the parts covered in this section), excluding normal wear and damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.

Damage caused by road debris (nails, glass, potholes, rocks, branches, etc.). Applicable to winter and summer tires throughout the entire contract term, including labor, mounting and balancing, valve stems as well as environmental and disposal fees (limit of one replacement claim per year). If repair is not possible, a replacement with parts of equal or lesser quality than the original will be performed, excluding tires with tread depth less than 2.4 mm (3/32″) at the lowest point, as well as damage caused by vandalism, abuse or improper installation.

This option allows you to avoid paying the applicable deductible in the event of an eligible claim covered by your warranty program.

Diagnostic fees required to assess a mechanical or electrical failure are covered by the warranty, up to a maximum of two (2) hours of labor per claim. Any portion exceeding this limit remains the consumer’s responsibility.

In the event of an eligible claim covered by your warranty program, KM Plus will reimburse the reasonable cost of the fluids required to perform the repair, in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. This coverage includes oils, functional fluids, mandatory OEM additives, as well as disposal fees and minor supplies, up to a maximum of $200 per claim. Excluded: maintenance operations, non-OEM additives, fuel, windshield washer fluid, air conditioning fluids or refrigerants, as well as any top-up or replacement resulting from a non-covered condition.

A limit of $10,000 per claim for any covered repair.

A limit of $15,000 per claim for any covered repair.

If you have made no claims under any program or option during the term of your extended warranty, GKM+ will refund all or part of the cost you paid to purchase this warranty, up to a maximum amount of $2,000 including taxes.
