Garantie KM+ Inc. (“KM+”) is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and security of personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including Québec’s privacy legislation (Law 25). This policy explains how KM+ collects, uses, discloses, retains, and safeguards personal information through its website, platforms, services, and mobile application.

KM+ collects personal information only when it is necessary to provide, administer, and improve its services, and when it is voluntarily provided by the user or received through authorized channels (for example, via partner dealers as part of contract administration).
