How long does it take to process a claim?
In general, a claim is assessed within 24 to 48 business hours once all the information has been received.
Do I need to obtain authorization before making the repairs?
Yes. Authorization must be obtained by the repair shop before starting the repairs, otherwise the claim may be denied.
Do I have to pay anything?
That depends on your contract. If a deductible applies, it must be paid to the repair shop. Some contracts include the “No Deductible” option.
Can I choose my own repair shop?
Yes, as long as the repair shop is licensed and recognized. Make sure they communicate with KM+ for the authorization process.
